* On tuesdays is a guided Saga-route where the ghost-fold, the goat shed ruins, the church and the arts of Páll Guðmundsson in the Bæjargil-canyon and more is visited. The route is about one hour and starts at the church at 17:00.

**On Saturdays is a Nature-route to the lawa water springs in Oddar. The route starts at the campfire at 14:00 and the walk is about 1 1/2 hour.

 

Every day there is a bus up to the Langjökull-glacier on the Ice Explorer glacierbus. The bus goes from the information center at 12:00, you need to book in advance.

Near Husafell is also the guided tours to the amazing lava cave Víðgelmir from the farm Fljótstunga. This is only during the summer.

It is possible to rent toys for the sports-court in the resort at the information center.
